Active and Confident Once Again

A New Life, Inside and Out

"I owe a great deal of gratitude to Basil and B-Fit for my successful transformation thus far. While I do believe that health and fitness is primarily an individual endeavor, B-Fit has been absolutely vital in shaping my attitude and self image. Although my physical transformation is the most obvious at first glance, the inner changes that I've undergone have been far more substantial. I started out as an overweight, out of shape 'victim' of poor lifestyle habits and perpetual excuses who had but a shred of belief buried in the back of my mind that I could be a fit and athletic individual. B-Fit helped motivate me to always do and be my best, and every time I came to train was a fresh opportunity to share what I could accomplish. Not Only a Trainer, but a Friend

"I just wanted to thank B.-FIT for having such a great trainer in Cheryl McClea. Not only was she able to help me with my fitness workout but she has actually helped my back, I have had problems for years. She went over my diet with me and made sure that I understood what to eat and when and so many more things that were above and beyond what I thought a trainer would do. Plus she had become a good friend and that is very rare in someone these days. She has also helped my husband and let my kids come and see what we do during training. We also traded recipes for good food and had fun while working out. She is a gem, thanks Cheryl."
