Personal training sessions consist of a one hour work-out including a combination of cardio and weight training instructed by a certified personal trainer.
Our cardio work-outs vary from treadmill, elliptical, trampoline, jump rope, etc. Weight training includes full access to all types of equipment including: body bars, exercise bands, medicine and balance balls, smith machine, free weights, etc.
Corporate Fitness
Corporate Fitness packages include professional staffing for a minimum of 4 hours per week, weekly equipment inspections, affordable personal training to employees and incorporate wellness initiatives.
Our trainers will help increase participation and awareness among employees which can help lead to savings on Healthcare costs and a happy and healthier workplace.
